With the extension of the MC network and the establishment of individual specialist agencies, quality management is now of crucial importance to MEDIA CONSULTA. In order to guarantee maximum benefit to our clients as well as the best possible quality standards for their communication, we are constantly advancing our quality management procedures. Two main aspects are important here: company organisation (staff qualifications, information and communication management, infrastructure) and quality assurance (e.g. definition of standards, on-schedule project planning, analysis/documentation of results, integration of specialists etc.).

Customer satisfaction

We stand to gain if our clients are 100% satisfied with our work. This is why MEDIA CONSULTA has a quality management system which comprises customer surveys at regular intervals. These cover general satisfaction, satisfaction within individual project phases and quality of consultation. On the basis of these results we work on optimising our performance even further: we improve our work processes so that your satisfaction is even greater. If you are happier, so are we.

MC balanced scorecards

We developed the MC balanced scorecard ourselves and it provides us with an instrument which is unique for a European agency: for the first time a statistical system is used not only to assess individual communication instruments separately but also their combined effectiveness. Measurable plans and targets are attributed to all measures, and campaign results are continuously recorded, analysed and documented. The result is a through-going evaluation of our entire communication management process. The advantage to you is that you are able to compare our work with other communication programs.

MC Academy

In 2006 MEDIA CONSULTA established the “MC Academy” – the biggest professional development program within the MC network to date. The agenda includes expertise in the areas of strategic planning, creation, TV production, integrated campaign management and international communication. After all, in addition to reputation, leadership and structure, it is the expertise and dedication of our staff which are the key selection and loyalty criteria for our clients. We also promote our international network concept and intercultural competence at MC by means of an exchange program within the MC network aimed at staff at the junior and consultant levels.
